About

Hi, I'm Danielle.

Certified health and nutrition coach for women who are done with the extreme version — and ready for something that lasts longer than six weeks.

The story

Why Humble Root exists

Most of the women I work with are not starting from zero. They've counted, cut, tracked and restarted. They know more about nutrition than they get credit for. What they don't have is a plan that survives a hard week.

So that's what I build. Protein and fiber first. Strength you can hold. A grocery list short enough to remember. Support that adjusts when your life does — including when there's a GLP-1 in the picture, which changes the order of operations but not the goal.

Nothing here relies on shame, before-and-afters or a personality you don't have. Steady beats perfect, every time.

What I believe

Four non-negotiables

  • No food is off-limits, and no meal is a moral event.
  • Muscle is the long game — especially in your forties and beyond.
  • Medication is a tool, not a failure or a shortcut.
  • If you can't keep doing it, it didn't work.

Credentials

A few things I bring

Certified

Certified health and nutrition coach with certifications in sleep, stress, recovery, and behavior change — the foundations that hold everything else up.

Special training

Special training in weight loss, GLP-1, perimenopause and menopause, and blood sugar — so support meets the chapter you're actually in.

Method

The ROOT Method: recognize, observe, open, transform — habits built from the roots up so they keep holding weight long after the program ends.

Promise

No shame, no before-and-afters, no personality you don't have. Just a plan you can keep and a coach who answers herself.

Say hello

Questions are free, and I answer them myself.

Tell me where you're stuck and I'll point you at the right door — even if that door doesn't cost anything.
